Privacy Policy: How We Handle Your Data at DesignGama

Effective Date: April 24, 2026

At DesignGama, we believe that “pixel-perfect” design shouldn’t just apply to our UI—it should apply to how we handle your information, too. Whether we’re building a custom Next.js application for you or revamping your brand identity, we treat your data with the same level of precision and respect.

This policy explains what we collect, why we need it, and how we keep it safe while we work together.

1. What We Actually Collect (And Why)

We don’t believe in hoarding data. We only collect what is strictly necessary to turn your vision into a functional product:

  • Project Specifics: To build your site or app, we collect your design briefs, brand assets, and technical requirements. This includes information you provide via our “Mission Parameters” forms.
  • Professional Identity: We collect your name, company role (e.g., Founder or CEO), and contact details so we can maintain a direct line of communication during our sprints.
  • Technical Context: When you visit designgama.in, we see basic technical data like your IP address or device type. This helps us ensure our high-end animations and bento-grid layouts are performing perfectly on your screen.
  • Payment Details: We handle financial transactions via secure, industry-standard processors. We never see or store your full credit card numbers—that stays between you and the encrypted gateway.

2. How Your Data Fuels the Design Process

Your information isn’t a commodity; it’s a tool for project success. We use it to:

  • Code & Develop: Build your custom WordPress dashboards, React components, and mobile interfaces.
  • Improve Our Tools: Refine our internal AI-integrated workflows (like our OCR and TTS Scribble engines) to provide you with faster, smarter results.
  • Communicate Strategically: Send you project updates and occasional insights on UX strategy and digital infrastructure that actually matter to your industry.

3. Our “No-Nonsense” Security Standards

Since we deal with custom software and B2B infrastructure, we take security seriously:

  • Encryption: Everything sent to us is protected by SSL/TLS encryption.
  • Confidentiality: Your codebase and intellectual property are treated as strictly confidential. Access is limited only to the core team working on your delivery.
  • Infrastructure: We host our dynamic apps on trusted platforms like Vercel and Firebase, ensuring your data lives in a world-class environment.

4. Third-Party Partners

We only share data with third parties that are essential to our tech stack (like hosting providers or payment gateways). We don’t sell your data to brokers. Period.

5. Cookies & Your Experience

We use cookies to remember your preferences (like your choice of dark mode or typography settings) and to analyze how visitors interact with our portfolio. You can turn these off in your browser, though some of our fancier micro-interactions might not behave as intended.

6. Your Rights & Control

You are in the driver’s seat. At any point, you can ask us to:

  • Show you what data we have on you.
  • Update or correct your professional information.
  • Delete your data (as long as we don’t need it for active legal or tax records).

7. Changes to This Policy

As DesignGama evolves and we add more advanced AI features or services, we might update this text. If we make big changes, we’ll post them right here.

8. Get in Touch

If you have questions about how your data is being handled during a project, reach out directly. We’re humans, not robots.
